For example, some updates/upgrades require the confirmation of the user and a possible restart of the system.

Automatic signature updates

redIT uses the signatures officially provided by the manufacturer and sets the software to an automatic update to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the manufacturer’s signatures. redIT has no influence on the provision of updates by a manufacturer.

Monitoring the software client

redIT monitors and ensures the smooth operation of the management software and the updating of the clients used. If necessary, redIT contacts the client and takes any further necessary measures.
